Monday, Monday, Monday

Today we finished fractions and we will be moving into some new territory in Math. Great job today, classroom 6. To review math, Please go to Kahn Academy, then to the Developmental Math class, then go to the Decimals and FRACTIONS video. Watch video then click on the green icon that says, Practice This Concept. Do the problems and post your answers in the comment section below this post. We are moving close to the climax of Romeo & Juliet. Isn't Mercutio the funniest guy ever? Get ready to do some character analysis soon. Which character do you want to represent? Post in comment section below this blog. Tomorrow we will work on the December Celebrations project and get them hung up in the classroom. We will also get started on the building projects. We will make a bridge, a couple of skyscrappers and a catapault. Finally, we will work on the chocolate covered marshmallows for the bake sale fundraiser we are doing on Friday. See you tomorrow Shaughn

    2 and 9 tenths over 19 + 2 and 9 tenths over 19.

Add a 0 to the end of the 9 and 19 on both and add those together and when you've got that answer add both of the 2s together and when you have the answer put them together to make a mixed number don't +,-,multiply or divide.
